Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Technician to support our current properties and future development projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday.
Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration
Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.
Must be able to provide reliable vehicle.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to):
Hot kitchen equipment
Kitchen appliances
Refrigeration
Plumbing
Electrical
Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs to support the following:
HVAC
Refrigeration
Plumbing
Kitchen hot line equipment
Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
Performs regular property inspections.
Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies
Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
