Job Posting for Executive Pastry Chef Consultant at Hoity Toity LLC

Cincinnati's first artisan donut shop providing uniquely delicious pastries and beverages. We are seeking an awesome/skillful and creative pastry chef consultant.

Required Skills:
  • Must have formal Pastry Arts /Culinary Training with a strong Pastry arts foundation.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef, or Pastry Sous Chef.
  • Experienced/ knowledgeable in advanced pastry skills and techniques.
  • Fine dining experience required
  • Prior experience training/teaching is a plus.
  • Strong plating and pastry design skills
  • Recipe development/ understanding of flavor fusion concepts.
  • Development of specialty doughs (GF/ Vegan etc).

Must possess  the following Characteristics :
  • Passionate about pastry arts.
  • Creative.
  • Effective communication verbal and written.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Self-starter.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Energetic.
  • Time management / Organization.
  • Team Oriented.
Must include a portfolio of prior patisserie works to be considered (IG, links, photos, etc).

The ideal candidate has experience as an executive pastry chef, pastry chef, pastry cook, pastry assistant.
