What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance / Houseman Technician position at Holiday Inn Express and Suites?
We are currently accepting applications for our houseman / maintenance position. This position provides preventative maintenance on the guest rooms, responds to work orders and guest requests, helps with trash removal, stripping dirty linen and trash from guest rooms, cleaning public spaces and parking lots and helps provide a positive experience to our guests. This position does require the ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, bend, kneel, squat, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds independently, complete repetitive tasks, prioritize duties and work with the other departments to communicate the status of the hotel and work orders. Applicants must have flexibility in their schedule and the availability to work weekends.
Previous hotel experience is always a plus, however we will provide on the job training for the right person.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
