Overnight Front Desk Agent

About Us:
The Holiday Inn Mayfield is committed to providing exceptional service and comfort to our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Overnight Front Desk Agent. This position plays a key role in ensuring our guests receive excellent service during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Manage guest accounts, including billing and payments
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and requests
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and guests during the overnight shift
• Perform nightly audits and prepare reports
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and able to learn hotel management software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
