The Holiday inn Express, Junction City is looking for dynamic individuals to fill rolls as Front Desk Agents - all shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Including, but not limited to

  • Responsible for the process of checking our guests in and out
  • Posting daily charges
  • Balancing cash drawers and handling cash payments accurately on a shift by shift basis
  • Posting payments including check, cash or credit cards
  • Assigning maintenance tasks when needed
  • Handling guest requests, complaints and comments
  • Answering phones and transferring phone calls
  • Providing information to the guest about the hotel and the area
  • Maintaining common areas and the Front Desk in neat a neat and orderly condition
  • Attend training sessions
  • Ensuring all reservations have rooms assigned and that routing is set up properly
  • Adjusting folio charges when necessary
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
