Guest Service Agent:

Job Requirements: Must be flexible with hours as scheduling and coverage will be done depending on occupancy.

  • Checks guest in/out of the property management system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answers the phone in a timely manner and makes reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with guests and team members
  • General knowledge of hotel amenities such as rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Ability to perform duties such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Human Trafficking training required and provided by the hotel
  • CPR Certification required and provided by the hotel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
