We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk and Supervisor/Manager with IHG Experiences.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
- Strive on Guest Services and Guest Satisfaction Scores
- Prefer have IHG Front Desk manager training and certification
- Expert on Opera/PMS Reservation, Check in check out, night audit, reports,
- Experiences on Accounting Receivable, corporate account routing, credit card chargeback disputing
- Schedule and Supervise works for Front Desk Staff
- Training staff, maintain high-standard customer service
- Review and response the daily Guests feedbacks
- Will be required to cover for AM, PM, nights & weekends and holidays as needed
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

- Hotel PMS Opera Choice Advantage: 3 years (Preferred)
