Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with special requests or needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus (knowledge of languages such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest services
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous
- Flexibility to work night shifts or perform night audit duties as needed
