What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Holiday Inn?
Previous general maintenance experience preferred. Able to lift 50lbs. Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required. Must be dependable, honest, trustworthy and able to work without supervision. Should be responsible for cleaning and basic repairs of buildings, equipment or tools. Basic construction, HVAC ,electrical, maintain and repair heating and plumbing components.
