Holland Village is now hiring a Social Worker to join our team! The Social Services Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.
Qualifications of Social Service Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
- Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of PA
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
- Excellent communication skills
