Description:

Holland & Knight seeks a Marketing Survey Analyst to work at our Operations Center in Brandon, FL. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating with office personnel, practice area specialists and attorneys to research, collect, input, and report survey information for purposes of marketing collateral, league table submissions, and other rankings. This position maintains the firm's survey-tracking database, inputting and exporting data as well as ensuring quality and currency of the information.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate firm-wide submissions to league table surveys
• Use accounting and human resource information to verify data sets and audit final submissions
• Manage the survey submission process
• Collect required survey information
• Develop each survey submission and submit internally for review and sign-off
• Liaise with Client Development, practice areas and practice area chairs to include responding to questions/issues regarding submissions, finalizing submissions and delivering on time
• Assist in creating related marketing materials to highlight recent survey milestones
• Prepare and submit nominations for legal market rankings and directories
• Maintain the credentialing database for awards
• Maintain the production of routine and custom reports from survey database
• Audit database entries for quality and thoroughness, updating entries as needed
• Reorganize database to improve access to information
• Manage routine exports of data for business development efforts
• Assist in creating analytical reports to outline problems, create opportunities, and solve potential matters in day-to-day business functions
• Liaise with Client Administrative Services to include responding to questions regarding sensitive firm information
• Liaise with Diversity Council to assist on surveys, reports, and organization matters
• Create marketing surveys under the supervision of the Business Analytics and Diversity Manager
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in the development of targeted, key messaging for marketing and communications strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Strong quantitative/analytical abilities with a comprehensive understanding of market principals and research methods
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to synthesize large quantities of data and to express complex concepts in a concise business format
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities to effectively deliver timely, accurate and reliable results
• Experience with editing information in SharePoint
• Experience with web-based database resources
• Experience with survey distribution tools
• Relevant experience in a law firm or professional services organization, preferred
• Relevant experience working with US and Latin American legal markets, preferred

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
