Holland Sharpe is looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to our team! We are seeking someone to join on our fast growing team. This is a 1st shift position Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the warehouse and its daily operations.
- Lead inventory and warehouse management activities.
- Effectively plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production schedules to meet and exceed customer requirements, production goals, and cost objectives.
- Lead engagement of 7 - 10employees, and the utilization of technology to deliver world-class line efficiencies.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with other Supervisors and functions to optimize operations and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant job experience as a warehouse supervisor/manager.
- Manufacturing Warehouse experience
- Strong understanding of ASN, DSI, inventory and warehouse systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
