POSITION SUMMARY

Conduct operational and financial analysis, with key responsibilities in product costing. Support cross-functional teams, having a critical role in managing and continuously improving data systems and implementing new systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Analyze financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

*Provide timely and accurate information for internal and external reporting.

*Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of financial reports.

*Analyze operating results, look for trends and variances, and provide financial guidance in addressing issues.

*Understand and fulfill financial information needs across operational facilities.

*Analyze inventory cost for reporting across all facilities.

*Provide product cost analysis and cost estimates as requested.

*Create continuous automation of reporting to ensure the most accurate and efficient delivery of information to management.

*Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

*All other duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION

*BA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.

*5 years, minimum, operational and inventory accounting.

*Cost accounting experience a plus.

*Solid experience in budgeting in a growing multi-unit organization

*Project management in finance and systems arenas

*Strong analytic, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

*Excellent database reporting and modeling skills

*Advanced skills in all Microsoft office products

*Initiative-taker, highly driven, collaborator.

*Highest standard of accuracy

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities
