Plant Manager

The Plant Manager supports Hollingsworth services to the aerospace industry.  Manager is accountable for all phases of the Hollingsworth operation within the customer facility -- including high customer satisfaction, efficient and accurate work, and wellbeing of the workforce. Manager leads team to achieve key management and performance indicators/drivers.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interface and people development – and thrives in a high-pressure environment. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDrive a safety first, customer-centered culture.Create an environment that fosters trust, learning, and continuous improvement.Accountable for warehouse costs, inventory accuracy and product quality.  Modify warehouse and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance operations.Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices. Ensure efficient use of materials, machines, time, and personnel.
