The Plant Manager supports Hollingsworth services to the aerospace industry. Manager is accountable for all phases of the Hollingsworth operation within the customer facility -- including high customer satisfaction, efficient and accurate work, and wellbeing of the workforce. Manager leads team to achieve key management and performance indicators/drivers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interface and people development – and thrives in a high-pressure environment. Modify warehouse and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance operations.Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices. Proactively seek improvements and overcome obstacles.Deliver concise and effective verbal and written communication across all groups and all levels.Provide strong team leadership, prioritizing people development and empowerment.Effectively liaison with customer on daily basis.Comply with all safety, training and customer requirements and adherence to applicable regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.
