Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Provide basic information to callers about our company, its services, and its policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, including organizing refreshments and equipment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Ensure all common areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms are presentable, cleaned, and stocked
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Support sales with samples for customers
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer Service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
