**Overview:**
Hollyfield Design is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Garden Center Associate to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and presentation of our plant inventory, both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants, excellent people skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
**Duties:**
- Assist customers in selecting plants, garden supplies, and outdoor decor
- Maintain the garden center by organizing stock and displays
- Willing to learn about our plant inventory and the care of our plants
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Water, prune, and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and attractive
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in a garden or plant-related setting
- Ability to perform basic retail math calculations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
