WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests in the fine dining restaurants.  
• Describe all specials and items on the menu.
• Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
• Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.
• Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table utilizing the runner (if applicable).
• Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property.
• Handle all checks and cash according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist other servers to give the best possible service.
• Monitor all tables in the designated station to ensure superior guest service.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Attends all meetings as assigned.
• Other job related duties as assigned.

• Must have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and sequence of service
• Must possess great good people skills required including effective communication
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. - Ability to perform basic math;
• Ability to handle money and make correct change;
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.
