ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.
- Maintain communication between departments to include; trading information between shifts, assuring maintenance requests are properly communicated absences, or any other information that is relevant to another shift.
- Responsible and accountable for the overall cleanliness and guest service standards. Responsible for department and shift specific training.
- Conduct individual or group pre-shift meetings or roundtable meetings with team members and provide positive feedback.
- Responsible for ensuring that keys and equipment are accurately checked out / in ensuring all items are clean and ready for next user.
- Serve as EVS liaison in committee meetings and can lead when requested.
- Ensure that published schedules are followed and manage staffing levels to ensure appropriate number of workers for business need.
- Communicate with Manager regarding updates or required scheduling changes. Ensure that performance reviews are completed accurately and presented in a timely manner.
- Approval of Team Member payroll hours daily by each applicable shift.
- Compile information, complete and submit reports to authorized management or Accounting as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental or company matters.
- Use two-way radios and maintain professional radio etiquette at all times.
- Meet appearance and grooming requirements.
- Understand and adhere to bargaining unit agreements.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university ; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years supervisory experience preferred
- Two years prior cleaning and / or janitorial experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proven guest service skills and experience
- Proven leadership skills; a role model who leads by example
