Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and workflow within the detail shop.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality detailing services while maximizing productivity.
  • Coach and develop a team of detail technicians.
  • Uphold company policies and promote our core values in all interactions.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and manage projects.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team (preferred).
  • Experience in the automotive detailing industry (a plus).
