Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.

Principal Purpose of Position:
- Utilize volume reporting tools to monitor daily operational responsibilities and team performance.
- Track workload distribution to maintain balance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments for special handling of escalations and process updates.
- Maintain open lines of communication across teams and act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from Client Relations and other internal departments.
- Conduct spot checks on employee workbaskets and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and resolution of aged items in VR Direct Sale and Title administrator workbaskets.
- Provide immediate resolution for escalations related to sale documentation and administrative tasks.
- Support the team by answering questions and providing guidance on daily operational processes, especially related to aged VR inventory pending direct sale completion and title problem resolutions.
- Facilitate training for new and existing team members according to the department's standard training program.
- Assist the Supervisor with the preparation of individual metric reports.
- Establish and maintain consistent and efficient processes for all VR Direct Sale & Title administrator responsibilities.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of vehicles available for remarketing, with a focus on aged VR inventory pending direct sale completion and title problem resolutions.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Experience with Auto IMS
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- 3-5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor
- Experience in a similar role or related field of vehicle remarketing
- Experience in providing support and guidance to team members a plus
- Proven experience in managing escalations and finding solutions to complex problems
- Familiarity with resolving customer or internal department issues efficiently
- Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
