The role will educate and act as an advocate for change management throughout the organization, with constant interaction with leadership, key business stakeholders, and end users. The incumbent will partner with training and communications to ensure organizational readiness and strives for high levels of change adoption while mitigating risk & resistance.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
