What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator position at Holy Cross Energy?
Full time position responsible for coordinating outreach and engagement initiatives directed towards Spanish-speaking households. The Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator also supports the Community Outreach Coordinator and Specialist in creating, cultivating, and maintaining strong relationships with trusted partners to promote our programs and services. In addition, this person assists in all member outreach, program enrollment, and participation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both written and verbal communication, required.
- 2 or more years experience in communications, health & human services, and/or public relations required; 1 or more years' experience in the electric utility/energy industry preferred.
- Valid Drivers License
Starting wage $36.58 - $45.73 per hour DOE.
