Part of the Holy Cross Health family, the Holy Cross Medical Group is a multispecialty organization with over 550,000 patient visits per year. With over 160 physicians and 650 employees, the Holy Cross Medical Group operates at 50 locations across Broward and South Palm Beach Counties.
Position Summary
The Controller position is responsible for maximizing return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions as well as maintaining productivity-based physician compensation models. The Controller also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and payroll. This position reports directly to the President of the Holy Cross Medical Group and Holy Cross CFO.
Position Requirements
Education: Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques normally acquired by completing a Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or closely related field to prepare financial statements and analysis.
Licensure: CPA preferred.
Experience: 4 - 7 years progressing experience in accounting/finance related capacity. Supervisory and healthcare experience required.
Other Job Requirements:
Strong financial systems skills and Microsoft Office software experience, nThrive, Axiom, Epic.

Pay: $68,128.00 - $148,489.00 per year
