Holy Grail developed a direct air carbon capture technology that removes CO2 from the atmosphere and permanently stores it above the ground. We are looking for a CTO passionate about creating a scalable solution to removing excess CO2 from the atmosphere.

- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to science and engineering

- Experience in characterization of electrochemical systems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts
- Experience with materials discovery and selection
- Lead development roadmap of future technology iterations
- Manage a team of scientists and engineers
- Select materials for electrochemical systems
- Optimize electrochemical systems
- Design experiments (aided by modeling)
- Apply research findings from analogous fields
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, and design engineers to develop manufacturing processes
- Experience with electrochemical testing (CV, CA, EIS, CP)
- Experience with materials characterization (TGA, FTIR, DSC)
- Advanced degree in chemistry, material science, or related fields
- Experience with SEM, EDX, TEM, and GC
