Oversee major projects within the Facilities Department and oversee everyday compliance measures.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- General Contractors License
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
DUTIES :
- Manage MSBA projects through to completion.
- Building Component Inspections / Recordkeeping / Building Dept. Certification issuance of Certificate of Inspection concerning : Elevators*Fire Alarm Systems*Sprinklers* Kitchen Ansul Systems*Kitchen Hood Grease inspections*Fire Extinguishers*Telescoping Seating*Pressure Vessel(Boiler, Water Heater, Air Compressor) State Insurance inspector*PreK Annual Inspections*Emergency / Exit Light *Emergency Generator *Hallway Fire Door Magnetic Hold open inspections*
- Oversee building and repair projects.
- Assumes primary responsibility for compliance, building inspections, and asbestos surveillance .
- AHERA / Asbestos Designated Person Certification. Inspections, manage and record all abatement activities.
- IAQ response protocol management
- OSHA Compliance plan management
- Building Dept- Craftsman permitting
- Preventive Maintenance - inspections, frequency, documentation
