Join Our Team as a Model Home Open House Host!

Are you a people person with a passion for real estate? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Model Home Open House Hosts in Hudson, Wisconsin!

Position: Model Home Open House Host
Location: Hudson, Wisconsin
Days: Saturdays and Sundays
Hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation: $100 per day bonuses

Role Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome potential homebuyers to our model homes
  • Provide tours of the model home, highlighting its features and benefits
  • Answer questions and provide information about the community and available properties
  • Assist with paperwork and inquiries from prospective buyers
  • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for visitors

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Interest in real estate and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
