Qualifications:
- Previous Construction Administration Experience Preferred or something close***
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision when required.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test for illegal substances.
- Patient and compassionate with exceptional communication skills to assist elderly or disabled clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing informative answers to customer questions and concerns.
- Handling printing, faxing, and organizing essential documents.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the team.
Skills and Traits:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Reliable and self-motivated, able to work with low supervision.
- Empathetic and patient when dealing with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Quick learner and adaptable to changing situations.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
