Bereavement Program Assistant- Part-time
Home Health & Hospice Care, a leading non-profit visiting nurse association and hospice, is looking for a well-organized administrative person to help provide support to our Bereavement Program. This position maintains a database of patient family members for future support groups, sends out mailings, coordinates set-up details of in-person or on-line support groups, maintains lists of attendees and interfaces with participants both on the telephone and in person. The successful candidate will have a sympathetic attitude and understanding manner; be comfortable interfacing with the public, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Advanced MS Office experience required. Experience in medical office environment a plus. Position is 16-24 hours a week with much flexibility.
