Home Instead, Toledo, the trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors, is a successful, growing company that has an excellent opportunity for a top producer. The Home Care Consultant is responsible for ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for the assigned territory. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. This position is responsible for reporting results in moving relationships forward to management on a weekly basis and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reflect the core values of SAR Enterprises, Inc. DBA, Home Instead- an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise.
- Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals
- Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share
- In conjunction with Home Instead franchise leadership, develops sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals
- Effectively presents Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, including telecommunication devices, and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and social networking mechanisms)
- The ability to network effectively

Starting salary ranges between $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience plus a monthly commission.
