What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Professional position at Home Instead?
Duties and Responsibilities of a caregiver:
Companionship and conversation
-Personal care
-Light housekeeping and meal preparation
-Transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities
-Medication reminders and Alzheimer’s Care.
-Must have valid driver's license and driver's insurance as well as own vehicle
Caregiver Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect;
-Ability to work with seniors receiving hospice care or at end of life;
-Engage with seniors and plan activities;
Satisfactory background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen;
-Must have valid driver's license and driver's insurance as well as own vehicle, social security card
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
