We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with or without experience in this field to become a part of our Home Instead Rockland County family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Starting at $17.55/hr. (We also have weekend differential pay) with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support), mileage reimbursement, and full-time or part-time available for caregiving positions in Rockland County and the surrounding areas!

All shifts are in Rockland County, New York.

• 9am – 1pm
• 9am – 3pm
• 9am – 5pm
• 1pm-5pm
• 2pm-6pm
• 4pm-9pm
• 9pm-9am (overnights)

Duties include, but are not limited to

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Medication reminders
• Errands
• Assistance to & from appointments
• Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Requirements to be a caregiver:

• 21 years of age
• Have valid Auto Insurance
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Drive your own vehicle to & from shifts
• Successfully complete the State of New York background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.55 - $18.05 per hour
