Interview, Screen, Vet & Train new caregivers! (Entry level Office Staff/ CNA)
Wait! Do Not Apply, Unless...
- You have a valid CNA license.
- You have 1 year office experience.
- You have 1 year employee training experience.
- You have 1 year customer service experience.
- You have excellent phone / computer skills.
- You can document new hire, on-going & hands on training.
- You can continuously maintain I-9’s, car insurance, driver's license.& background checks.
- Able to take the phone nights and weekends on 3 person rotation.

Day-to-Day Duties...
- Interview, screen & vet new caregivers.
- Training & orientation for new caregivers.
- Must be able to answer the office phone after hours & on weekends / holidays on 3 person rotation.
- Must work caregiver shifts in a pinch (days, evenings, overnights,weekends and holidays).
- Must be able to document new hire training.
- On-going training (such as Alzheimer's / Dementia).
- Hands on training (such as how to make an occupied bed).
- Continuously maintain I-9’s, car insurance, driver's license.& background checks.
