Your client is an old farm girl, still living on her beautiful family farm.
She loves being as hands on as she can and helping her sons manage the farm business.
Her family lovingly describes her as a stubborn, no-nonsense gal who's not afraid to get her hands dirty.
Loves to relax outside during nice weather, and appreciates the security of having a Caregiver to assist her when she needs it.

Personal Care/ ADLs - Client is currently receiving Hospice Care, you'll be extra support!
Bed Care
Light Housekeeping
Meal Prep
Transfer Assistance - Client is occasionally weak & fatigued.
