Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with potential Careprofessionals.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead's values and standards in every interaction with potential and current caregivers.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A background with two years or more experience of recruiting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and professionalism
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and software such as Indeed, ApplicantStack, and PreIntent is a plus.
• A valid driver's license.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm hybrid position based in our office in Wells, ME.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
