Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating training programs for our employees. You will develop and deliver effective training sessions.
Duties:
- Conduct weekly orientation classes for new caregivers
- Design and develop quarterly programs for employee meetings
- Help manage our caregiver workforce with regular coaching, mentoring, recognition programs.
Skills:
- CNA or HHA preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Experience delivering classroom-based training sessions
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
