Job Posting for Handyman at Home Maintenance Tech

Are you a handyman or worked in home-flipping.

Seeking an individual to be a tech for a large home rental company. You must have an extensive general knowledge of all areas of home construction and repair and maintenance. You will be responsible to assess the needs and completed the task of maintenance and repairs. You should have all your own tools, well-organized, and good transportation. Hands-on. This is you to supply the labor and we provide all the materials. You will be a 1099 Independent Contractor. The jobs are all in and around Central Florida. You complete the work order and move on to the next job. You will be paid weekly. Primarily Monday-Friday.

This is for all areas of maintenance including:

  • Carpentry
  • Drywall Patching
  • Plumbing Repair
  • Electrical Repair
  • Doors & Windows
  • HVAC (Not required, but a plus)
  • All areas of construction

Compensation: $65k to 85k annually starting, also dependent upon skills, experience, speed and performance.

Full Time / Part Time available.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
