Primary Assignments:

• You'll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance-related, providing technical leadership and guidance to our supply chain team. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of food manufacturing.

Essential Qualifications:

• Are you an expert in leveraging AI software, vision systems, PLCs, robotics, and automation to enhance operations? If so, you're exactly who we need!
• A BS degree in engineering or 10 years of related experience is essential to excel in this role.
• Prior experience in food processing and facility management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development experience is a must. We're looking for someone who can inspire and mentor our maintenance team to reach new heights.

• Fluency in verbal and written English is required, and being bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a definite plus.
