Senior ETRM Analyst Developer

Centrica Energy Marketing & Trading (EM&T) is the trading arm of Centrica. We trade LNG, gas, power and energy attributes - and connect independent producers, suppliers and corporate off-takers in the wholesale energy markets. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior ETRM Analyst Developer with experience in using Endur packages and with experience across the energy commodity markets. This role will be based out of our London offices. The successful candidate will be required to: Solving issues for your clients or escalating to Senior LT when required Stakeholder management - building relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and managing expectations Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions in collaboration with stakeholders Provide guidance and support to business users in the adoption of new systems and processes Support and project manage Endur integrations to drive system design, implementation and improvements for function and workflows Business Requirements analysis and definition of functional specification, architecture, and technical designs for system interfaces between Endur ETRM and related applications for the entire deal lifecycle (front, middle and back office areas) Work with New Products Rollout and downstream departments driving technical implementations with quality Drive product upgrade/digitization initiatives outlined in the organization's roadmap Engage with business and IT stakeholders to propose technology solutions for new trading and reporting requirements across Endur ETRM, reporting systems, and bespoke systems Work with onshore/offshore developers for the implementation of various projects/growth initiatives. The Person: Degree qualification or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related subject Strong UK/European power and gas trading expertise Strong understanding of ETRM technologies, operations and processes across the trading lifecycle (Front Office / Middle Office / Back Office) Significant experience of Endur ETRM (front-to-back) and integrations to drive system design, implementation and improvements for function and workflows A strong track record of full lifecycle implementations for physical and financial power and gas products – Linear & Complex Good understanding and implementation of Gas and Power markets Experience working with global teams, as we have offshore and European teams Ability and desire to work in a fast-moving trading environment to help the ETRM landscape get ahead of industry benchmarks.
