A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As our Lead Maintenance Technician, you will lead all maintenance functions for a multi-family property and will collaborate and oversee the inspections and triage property issues to determine the necessary repairs. You will help develop a strong maintenance team and oversee the day-to-day operations. Not only will you cohesively work with the maintenance coordinator, property inspector, property manager, outside vendors to determine additional budget and scope as needed, but complete approved scope of work based on a budget and timing constraints including light plumbing and electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. It is your responsibility to log accurate notes and photographs of completed work orders to report back to the maintenance coordinating team. You will maintain company vehicles, if applicable and ensure correct parts and inventory are present at the beginning of each day.
