Public Adjuster Colorado

Home Safe Claims, a reputable public adjuster's office in Colorado, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Public Adjuster to join our team. We specialize in evaluating and settling insurance claims, providing exceptional service to policyholders in need. This position offers a unique opportunity to assist with leads provided by the company, attend inspections, and take scopes on-site.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with leads provided by the company, contacting leads as assigned.

- Attend inspections to assess damages on-site.

- Take scopes of damages on-site and document findings accurately.

- Communicate effectively with policyholders and relevant parties during inspections.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and scope documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Colorado Public Adjuster License and Surety Bond or equivalent state Public Adjuster license with reciprocity.

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of construction and property insurance policies, with the ability to assess damages on-site.

- Ability to climb ladders onto roofs, attics, or other structures, and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Willingness to travel within the state as needed, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Self-motivated, organized, ambitious, and a critical thinker.

- Genuine, confident, empathetic, and a team player.

License/Certification:

• MUST HAVE PUBLIC ADJUSTER LICENSE IN COLORADO (Required)

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in property insurance claims is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
