RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Event Coordinator to schedule wedding tasting with clients, include menu allergies and restrictions.
- Set up tastings with flowers, chilled wine and personalized menus
- Post tasting follow up via email
- Update BEO’s for the Sales Team in INFOR for menu choices and any changes, guest count, etc.
- Work with Event Coordinator to confirm client has sent wedding liability insurance certificate (See the contract for specific requirements)
- Confirm vendor COI’s
- Work with Catering Director and Executive Chef on pack list
- Add specialty cocktails, beer and wine selections to the BEO’s
- Work with Event Coordinator to up BEO with vendor meals, children’s meals
- Create files for Sales Team
- Pick up and return rentals if needed
- Assist Event Coordinator with keeping files current
- Work with Director of Catering on Specialty Events
