Guest Experience Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring experience is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about furniture and services
- Assist guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests in timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Build orders for guests and ensure accuracy of items
- Process payments and maintain accurate paperwork of guest transactions.
- Provide recommendations in furniture needs.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
