What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk position at Home2Suites by Hilton?
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. All desk personnel are responsible for serving guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of services possible in an efficent, courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, handle mail and take messages.
- Maintain the lobby area in a neat and organized manner.
- Perform guest registrations (check ins & check outs), room assignments and special requests.
- Knowledge of brands operating systems and brands customer loyality programs.
- Familier with guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered.
- Know all emergency procedures and the proper action to take.
- Assist guests with problems and questions; ensure all guest problems are resolved.
- Knowledge of room rates, packages, discounts and promotions.
- Understanding of daily hotel operations, policies, procedures, and internal rules.
- Knowledge about the city, local area and attractions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
