Job Responsibilities

Join our team! HOMEBANK is a family-owned bank that prides itself on supporting the communities it serves.  We are looking to expand our Finance department with a part-time role.  The Part-time Finance Department Assistant will assist multiple members of the Finance department with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and as needed tasks and projects.  This would be a part-time position working primarily out of the Quincy 12th street location, but occasional travel to the Palmyra location could be required.  Desired work schedule would be M-F for approximately 28 hours a week, but open to discussion based on availability.

  • Daily account reconciliations and archival
  • Payroll assistance with timecard monitoring and balancing
  • Commission program calculations and reporting
  • Assisting with other jobs and duties as assigned

Requirements


  • Associate degree or applicable experience preferred
  • Above average math aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills & interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills specifically in Excel & Outlook and other Microsoft products
