What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager on Duty (MOD) position at Homecoming Honolulu?
We are looking for a Manager On Duty to join our team and provide leadership and guidance to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong problem-solving abilities as well as strong communication skills. In addition, we would prefer someone with at least one year of retail experience, preferably in a manager or key holder role. The Manager On Duty will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the store. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily operations of the business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage employee performance and discipline.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to employees.
- Delegate tasks to employees as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
