The Credit & Collections Department is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our teamas an Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist in various departmental functions within Finance.
This role will assist existing staff with various functions, but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Cash Application
- Collections on Accounts
- Credit Memos and Billing Adjustments
- Various Tasks and Projects
Requirements:
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- 2 - 4 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- High level of motivation, self-management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a fun, fast-paced, team environment
- Effective follow-up skills, problem solving skills, and high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and takes pride in their work
- Flexibility in prioritizing daily work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with J.D. Edwards or PeopleSoft ERP system is preferred
- Experience in consumer products retail stores industry helpful
