We are a Gluten Free and Allergen Free baking facility that is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Facilities Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Interface with vendors and customers by phone and by email.
- Arrange and monitor incoming and outgoing transit via UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL and truckload.
- Inspect and document incoming supplies.
- Pick and pack orders with careful attention to accuracy of product and of corresponding documentation.
- Utilize warehouse software including EDI and Wherefour Software program.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for freight quotes, cost analysis, and inventory tracking.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Operate forklift.
- Organize and ideally conduct facility repairs and maintenance.

- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Positive attitude and hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Ability to work quickly and accurately

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ideally experience with OSHA as well as Food Safety and Quality standards we are an SQF Level 3 Certified Company
