Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L management, transactions accuracy, provides variance explanations to OP and adjusts RP as needed.
- Performs month-end process with Accounting (Oracle, JEs, Accruals).
- Responsible for all DC Oracle functions (purchasing, supplies receipts, physical inventory, reports, managing of minimum and maximum inventory levels).
- Executes PO to Pay process and resolves discrepancies between Expense Payables and Vendors. This includes Detention POs with Transportation.
- CPU Trend – provides bi-weekly CPU updates to HO Distribution Services and 3PL Leadership.
- Follows Best Practices for SOX and internal/external audit purposes.
- Manages Service Provider contracts (HG assets).
- Provides functional oversight, direction, and training to the 3PL Data Center Supervisors, IT Specialists and Data Center Associates.
- Partners with 3PL leadership for tickets and labels printing quality as well as SLAs.
- Tracks reprints by area and partners with 3PL Leadership to perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Manages and implements the TJX IT Security Policy in all 3PL locations.
- Oversight of all TJX Systems and Hardware – (i.e., Network infrastructure, MDF/IDFs, MF, SCAN, Printers, Handhelds, Mobile carts, IT physical asset counts, etc.)
- Schedules and executes monthly AS400/iSeries back-up process.
- Provides CAPEX project oversight and assists HO Distribution Services and TJX Engineering with onsite project execution.
- Requests IT End-User access as needed by 3PL operations.
- Assists in the development of the 3PL 5-YR CAPEX Plan, ROI analysis and approval process with HO Distribution Services.
- Participates in cost improvement initiatives led by HO Distribution Services and/or other TJX branches within TJX.
- Updates Business Continuity Plan information quarterly.
- Ensures that onsite Operations teams execute the Maersk regulated waste and environmental recycling initiatives.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Inotes, Lotus Notes and Access.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills a must
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in a distribution center.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- This position is 100% onsite.
