Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy, adhering to established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting business needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
