Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for producing digital copies for department in order to maximize efficiencies in stores.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers, respond to customer questions/requests/complaints and explain store policies.
2. Organizes and prepares documents for scanning
3. Records information to include date and department
4. Performs accurate and complete data entry; investigating questionable information
5. Notifies specific department if there are any discrepancies
6. Utilizes computer system and department processes to create digital filing system to include sorting by type.
7. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management with assistance to IT department if necessary.

Qualifications

Education(required):

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) Required

Experience(required):

• 1 year experience in an office related position preferred.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

1. Ability to give/receive complex verbal instructions/descriptions to/from supervisors/co-workers/employees concerning store/department policy/procedures and use of equipment.
2. The ability to read and write English. 
3. Basic Data entry and computer skills
4. Organization and attention to detail is a must.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

1. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Standing/ walking up 100% of work hours.
3. Hand use: Grasping, manipulation, pushing and pulling. Work also may require bending, squatting and reaching.
4. Exposure to temperatures: Freezing (<32 degrees Fahrenheit), and warm temperatures (>90 degrees Fahrenheit). Ability to work in cold and wet environments.

Work Environment Note:

Inside work with transitions of heat/cold/humidity/dust from backdoor/compressors/cooler/freezer/preparation area.
